With over 36 years of combined experience in the United States Navy and working with the Department of the Navy leading in a major U.S. Navy program, I am now an executive advisor and transformational change agent to high-performing leaders as they build thriving families and organizations.

I hold a Master of Divinity, a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, a Bachelor of Science in Religion, and a degree in Marine Engineering. I am a certified facilitator in Prepare/Enrich and Save Your Marriage Before it Starts (SYMBIS) pre-marital and marriage programs and pursuing CliftonStrengths certification with Gallup, Life and Leadership Coaching certifications from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI) and credentialing from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a husband and father to four children.

There is greatness in each of us, and I help people discover and pursue their vision and purpose while integrating work and life activities. I am also involved in various church and community initiatives to empower and inspire people to grow in their faith and leadership.
